Job Description
Small landscape architecture and land planning firm is looking for a part time administrative assistant/bookkeeper. This position would be for 2 days a week, roughly 6-15 hours a week depending on tasks that need to be done.
Job would start between 9:00am and 9:30am and work until tasks are complete.
This is an hourly position and pay would be between $20-$25/hr. depending on how well you know how to use QuickBooks Desktop.
You would be eligible to contribute to the company retirement account and get up to a 3% match.
Note this job is not a remote position. You need to work in our office. This is non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
Tasks include: invoicing, paying bills, bank account reconciliation, payroll, filing, following up on outstanding invoices, setting up new projects in QuickBooks, and assisting with mailings. There might be other things we need assistance with but that is the majority of what the position requires.
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks Desktop is required.
Must be confortable communicating with clients and following up on outstanding invoices.
Must be able to multi-task.
Good attitude a must - you would be the first person somone sees when they come to our office.
Salary : $20 - $25
