### **Key Responsibilities**
1. **Client Support and Communication:**
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Partner, clients, and their managers to ensure seamless communication and execution of growth strategies.
- Speak directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and offer solutions to maximize growth and cost-saving potential.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
2. **Operational and Administrative Support:**
- Assist the Managing Partner in scheduling, planning, and executing client strategies, training programs, and growth initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain detailed spreadsheets, reports, and business models using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Monitor client progress and proactively identify areas for improvement or additional support.
3. **Strategic Planning and Execution:**
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner to develop and implement growth strategies, including patient acquisition and reactivation plans.
- Anticipate client needs and take initiative to address them before they become issues.
- Support the execution of training programs for clients and internal team members.
4. **Team Collaboration and Continuous Learning:**
- Work closely with the consulting team to ensure alignment on client goals and strategies.
