We're now seeking an enthusiastic Telemarketer / Call Center Agent to join our dynamic call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students through warm calling (no cold calling...qualified leads will be provided), talking about our products and services, and getting students to sign up. Good conversation skills and a friendly demeanor are the secret to success in this job.
Duties
- Make WARM calls to potential students to introduce our products and services.
- Converse and make friends with potential students, convince them to sign up by answering their questions and overcoming any doubts they may have.
- Negotiate with potential students to achieve a win-win result.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to help you understand new strategies to show students how we can help them in their career growth and success.
- Use software (training provided) to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, call center, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Experience in Call Center software or CRM software is a plus...but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to talk about our products and services while demonstrating a strong understanding of potential student needs.
- Good negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with potential clients.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques in sales and customer engagement.
