What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Coach position at TNT GYMNASTICS AND FITNESS COMPL?
No coaching experience necessary! If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train.
We are looking for energetic, positive, self starter individuals to work as gymnastics and ninja instructors at our facility. TNT is celebrating 20 years in the Jacksonville community and is proud to offer gymnastics, tumbling, ninja, fitness, and more to all ages and everyone in the family! This is a part time position (15 - 20 hours) and would include coaching classes and working with kids. We are open Monday - Sunday and are willing to work with your availability!
Must enjoy working with kids. All new coaches will be required to complete paid training hours.
Hiring process would include an in person interview followed by a 2 hour interview shift to get to know you and see how you interact on the floor. All applicants will need to fill out a form agreeing to a background check before being allowed to participate in the interview shift.
