Job Summary
No coaching experience necessary! If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train.

We are looking for energetic, positive, self starter individuals to work as gymnastics and ninja instructors at our facility. TNT is celebrating 20 years in the Jacksonville community and is proud to offer gymnastics, tumbling, ninja, fitness, and more to all ages and everyone in the family! This is a part time position (15 - 25 hours) and would include coaching classes and working with kids. We are open Monday - Sunday and are willing to work with your availability!

Must enjoy working with kids. All new coaches will be required to complete paid training hours.

Hiring process would include an in person interview followed by a 2 hour interview shift to get to know you and see how you interact on the floor. All applicants will need to fill out a form agreeing to a background check before being allowed to participate in the interview shift.

Hourly pay ranges $13 - $17 per hour based on experience.

Duties

• Plan and conduct engaging training sessions for students.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and performance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
• Supervise practice sessions and ensure the safety of all participants.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress and development.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Passion for sports and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
