Job Overview:
We are seeking a Fertilizer/Pesticide Applicator to join our team. The Applicator will be responsible for applying fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides to lawns, landscapes, or agricultural crops.
Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides to lawns, landscapes, or crops following application standards
- Operate and maintain application equipment
- Keep accurate records of applications made
- Provide exceptional customer service during application visits
- Drive company vehicles to customer locations for service appointments
- Assist with sales efforts by identifying opportunities for additional services
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscape maintenance, pest control, farming, or related field
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping or farming
- Ability to drive company vehicles; a valid driver's license is required
- Knowledge of lawn care practices and farm machinery is a plus
- Strong sales skills are beneficial for upselling services
Pesticide Applicators license required at time of hire.
*Pay will be based on experience level and any additional certifications.
