Responsibilities:
Host/Cashier
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Operate the Toast POS system to process payments and manage orders
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and lobby area
Server:
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Operate the Toast POS system to process payments and manage orders
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server area and dining room
Requirements:
Must be 18
- Previous experience in a hospitality or guest service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
- Knowledge of Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations during peak hours
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
