We are seeking a

Director of Product Design

with a deep passion for crafting exceptional user experiences to shape our Digital Storefront and Guest Marketing product suites . In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading design, strategy, and vision across the organization; fundamentally you'll help restaurants bring more guests to their restaurants more often using tools that represent their unique version of hospitality. Your work will span across traditional product led growth initiatives, as well as core guest surfaces and new 0-1 product experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, accessible, and engaging solutions that meet user needs and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate knows how to balance high craft and speed, is a passionate advocate for customer-centered design, is not afraid to dig into the metrics, is a skilled mentor who fosters a culture of creativity and experimentation. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to define overall organization strategy and inspire the team.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus / commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
