Experience
Candidates should have a background in healthcare management or a related field, with experience in the following areas:
- 2 or more years in an Assisted Living setting
- LPN/RNs accepted
- Medical records management
- Patient monitoring techniques
- Budgeting for healthcare programs
- Experience in acute care settings
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively
