Marketing/Social Media Specialist
Tobosa Developmental Services is seeking a Marketing/Social Media Specialist. This position will use a variety of methodologies to increase public awareness of Tobosa and its programs, increase and build brand awareness through both traditional print and social media campaigns and increase the number of individuals served by Tobosa.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build brand awareness through various media outlets
- Redesign and maintain Tobosa’s website
- Plan and implement advertising campaigns
- Collect and analyze market research data
- Identify potential markets and promote our brand
- Work within various multimedia outlets to promote services
- Design and oversee the development of collateral material
- Present projects to departments and work with them to strategize and improve the material according to their needs
- Work within a specified budget
- Negotiate advertising contracts
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, brand management
- Membership in the American Marketing Association (AMA) preferred
- Experience in website design and content development
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies
- Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license
- At least 18 years of age

Pay range – $35,000-$40,000 per year
Work Schedule - Monday – Friday with some evening/weekend work required
