Role Overview: We’re seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selections, providing education on cannabis strains and products, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.

 Checking ID’s of Customers

 Educate customers about cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.

 Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.

 Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays.

 Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and company policies.

 Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.

 Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales.

 Other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

 Previous experience in retail, cash handling, or customer service is preferred.

 Knowledge of cannabis products and strains is a plus, but not required; we provide training.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.

 OLCC Marijuana worker permit is a plus, but not required; we can help you obtain it.

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
