## Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile Office Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set encompassing administrative, and receptionist duties. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and proficiency in office management tasks. You will be working directly with individual owners.
## Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
- Manage office operations efficiently and ensure smooth workflow
- Provide administrative support to staff and executives as needed
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Utilize Google Suite for documentation and communication purposes
- Transcribe documents accurately when required
## Requirements
- Prior experience in roles such as real estate administrative,
- Proficient in office management tasks with strong organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Competent in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management is preferred, Appfolio Rental Program is a strong plus, Knowledge in Excel is required. Quickbooks is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
