Duties
- Greet and assist customers in the dealership, providing them with information about available vehicles and services.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and requirements.
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing information effectively to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Utilize cold calling techniques to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specifications, and dealership promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills
- Strong public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with customers and present information confidently.
- Experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Polished phone etiquette for effective communication with clients over the phone.
- Ability to negotiate terms effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM systems for tracking leads and follow-ups.
