We are seeking a dedicated Construction Assistant to join our team at Todd Construction, Inc. This role is essential in supporting our construction projects and ensuring smooth operations on-site. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Support project managers and supervisors in coordinating tasks and schedules.
- Help maintain an organized work environment by managing materials and tools effectively.
- Participate in site inspections and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist in preparing job sites for upcoming work phases, including setup and cleanup.
- Document project progress and maintain accurate records as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with others.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
