Construction Project Administrator (Commercial)

Todd Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Project Admin/Coordinator to join our team as a key player in supporting commercial construction projects in Oregon and SW Washington.

Job Title: Project Administrator
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Location: Main Office and/or Construction Job Site
Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday | 8AM - 4:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with project owners, architects, subcontractors and company staff
• Create and update submittal logs
• Create, transmit and follow up on subcontracts and purchase orders
• Process RFIs
• Process Change Orders including:
• input change request data from PM
• process approved change orders from Owner
• distribute approved changes to subcontractors
• process internal budget changes and internal changes to subcontractors
• Manage project closeout including collecting and compiling warranties, Operation & Maintenance data, and as-built documents
• Read and understand project plans and specs
• Assist in the development of data processing procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience performing similar work
• Experience using Trimble Vista/ProjectSight software, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, highly accurate and detail-oriented
• Consistently able to meet deadlines
• Critical thinker/problem solver
• Intermediate level in Windows environment
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
