What are the responsibilities and job description for the LINE LEAD SUPERVISOR position at Todd's BBI?
• Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
• Forklift driving experience (required).
•Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment and resources in compliance with stablished policies and procedures.
• Shipping and receiving of finished goods/raw materials
• Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation and equipment to ensure optimum efficiency
• Maintaining communication between employees and managers to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment (preferred but not required)
• IT skills, especially using data entry softwares (preferred but not required)
•Expirience using Microsoft Excel and work (preferred but not required)
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisor role.
