Job Title: Landscape Project Coordinator
Location: Puyallup, WA. Relocation is not accepted.
Job Summary: The Landscape Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing residential landscape installation projects from start to finish. This role involves comprehending instructions from the estimator, managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Direct, organize, and supervise project activities.
- Client Coordination: Maintain relationships with clients, architects, builders, and general contractors.
- Estimator Coordination: Work closely with the estimator to ensure project goes smoothly.
- Documentation: Use the estimate created by the estimator to oversee a landscape installation project.
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor field personnel, ensuring professional jobsite etiquette and adherence to safety protocols while driving efficiency at every turn.
- Material Management: Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment for field operations. Ensure each crew has material needed for efficient jobsite placement.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all project details meet the highest standards and demonstrate pride in the finished product.
- Scheduling: Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Safety Oversight: Supervise the company safety program and ensure that all injury reports are submitted promptly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must Have Qualifications:

- Experience in a team environment.
- Experience managing construction related work (including but not limited to landscape installation).

- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
Work Location: This is not a remote position. Will be at job sites in and around Puyallup.
