Position Summary:
The Line Operator is a vital member of the production team, responsible for efficiently assembling, packaging, or processing products on a production line. This role ensures that tasks are completed accurately while adhering to quality, safety, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Tasks: Perform assigned duties on the production line, including assembly, sorting, packaging, or related tasks.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect products during and after production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Process Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to maintain operational consistency and efficiency.
• Equipment Handling: Operate basic tools or machinery as required; promptly report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles or similar lean manufacturing methods.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and address any challenges.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required.
• Shipping and Receiving experience is highly preferred.
• On-the-job training will be provided for specific tasks and equipment

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Capability to lift, push, or pull materials as needed.

Work Environment:

• Production facility with fast-paced activities.
• May require shift work, weekends, or overtime based on production schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Melbourne, Arkansas 72556: Relocate before starting work (Required)
