Talo is the up-and-coming leader of the fast casual restaurant space who is famous for being 100% seed oil free, using no plastics in our kitchen, serving meat that is 100% grass-fed or pasture raised, and going to lengths to ensure the experience we serve to our customers is healthy, non-toxic, and memorable.  Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment-quickly and efficiently
  Maintain a clean and organized dish area
  Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene- of all dishes and utensils
  Clean floors, surfaces, and kitchen equipment -as needed and according to schedule
  Assist with kitchen prep -by organizing and restocking supplies
  Collaborate with kitchen staff -to ensure smooth service and a clean environment

 Reliable and punctual – You show up on time and are ready to work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – You thrive when things get busy
Detail-oriented – You take pride in cleanliness and ensuring everything is spotless
Team player – You enjoy working with others and helping the kitchen run smoothly

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to bend and reach overhead often

• Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment

• Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold

• Must be comfortable working near open flames

• May be required to work in tight spaces

• Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people

• Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required

• Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally

• Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

• May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions

• May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
