Job Requirements
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. Requires an LMSW license, prefer LCSW.
- Minimum 2-4 years clinical experience working with at-risk youth or youth in a residential treatment facility
- Must have a valid driver’s license. Limited travel is required, maybe expected to travel to other agency’s facility.
- Ability to become TCI, First/Aid CPR certified and maintain certification.
- Ability to work with an economically and culturally diverse population.
- Ability to interact with emotionally and psychologically challenged individuals.
Salary:
- Licensed under 2 years' experience: Annual $70,000
- 2 years' experience: Annual- $72,500
- 5 years' experience: Annual- $76,000
