We are currently seeking passionate and motivated professionals to join our team as Job Coach Contractors, Employment Specialist Contractors, and Customized Employment Specialist Contractors.
Available Positions:Job Coach Contractors
As a Job Coach Contractor, you will provide on-site work support and help individuals with disabilities build natural workplace supports. Your guidance will empower them to achieve independence and career success.
✅ Requirement: Worksite-Support Certification or ACRES Certification (or enrollment to start).
Employment Specialist Contractors
In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities in their job search, job coaching, and job placement journey, helping them secure meaningful employment.
Customized Employment Specialist Contractors
Customized Employment Specialists focus on tailoring employment solutions for individuals with disabilities through discovery, job coaching, and customized employment strategies.
✅ Requirement: ACRES and Customized Certifications preferred.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent case management skills to assess and manage individual employment plans.
- Strong time management to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Outstanding communication skills to engage with clients, employers, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in identifying career goals and creating action plans.
- Support clients in job searching, interviewing, and resume writing.
- Conduct skills assessments to tailor support.
- Collaborate with employers for job placements and long-term success.
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing case management.
- Educate clients on employment rights and available resources.
