Hours
We are looking for:
- Mon - Wed 11 AM - 7 PM
- Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday Grave
- Weekend shifts throughout the day
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to residents in a group home setting, assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any changes in health or behavior.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Observe and document residents' progress and any significant changes, reporting to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Foster a supportive and engaging atmosphere, encouraging social interaction and participation in community activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in caregiving, particularly in residential settings
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols
- Skills in first aid and patient observation
- Experience with assisting individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Familiarity with group home and assisted living environments
- Strong cleaning and cooking abilities to support daily living needs
