Job Overview

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including brewing coffee and bartending as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
• Assist with food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery to guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
