Key Responsibilities
- SUPERVISES all plant operations as assigned, providing direction to Production Technicians according to established manufacturing specifications.
- E nsures that all policies are followed, and coordinates with other departments to assure proper product flow.
- Trains new employees and trains all employees on new procedures, assuring production targets are met by changing work schedules, splitting crews, assisting other departments, etc.
- Responsible for plant operations during assigned shifts and may also include off-shifts depending on assignment.
- Notifies proper authorities of issues concerning production, schedules, quality or scrap problems, safeguards all company property, and maintains work areas in a neat, orderly and safe manner.
