Technology and Third-Party Risk Contracts Counsel - Hybrid Bala Cynwyd, PA In-house corporate commercial transactions counsel, focusing on third party risk / vendor contracts. Works closely with business management and IT departments to evaluate and negotiate vendor-related risk and coordinate delivery of timely, high quality legal advice that is responsive to the business needs of Tokio Marine’s US subsidiaries.Essential Job Functions : Provide legal support to business stakeholders, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating third party contracts, including SAAS agreements, cloud services agreements, consulting and professional services agreements, non-disclosure agreements and Proof of Concept agreements.Provide legal input to the IT Department regarding vendor management, compliance, and data security requirements.Provide legal support and advice to all business departments regarding third party / vendor risk management, and regulatory and data security requirements.Qualifications : JD degree required with bar admittance in PA, NY, NJ or DE.A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience specializing in technology or vendor transactions.Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts.Experience with the iManage contract management platform and a third-party risk management platform is a plus.General knowledge of the NY Department of Financial Services regulatory environment is a plus.Knowledge of state and federal laws governing privacy, compliance and disclosure of regulated information.Superior writing and communications skills.Superior customer service orientation toward Business Units (responsive, collaborative, consultative, and accurate).Strong interpersonal relationship building skills : able to work with a variety of people and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.Superior project management skills : plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, to achieve project objectives and deadlines.Superior analytical ability.Strong attention to detail.Ability to think creatively and develop solutions to complicated business problems.Ability to work under and meet internal and external deadlines.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Ability to work independently and without supervision.Seniority Level AssociateEmployment Type Full-timeJob Function LegalIndustries Insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
