Job Summary :
The Technology Business Management ("TBM") Analyst assists with the oversight and completion of day-to-day activities of TBM functions within TMNAS, at the nexus between IT, accounting and finance, vendor management and contract management.
Essential Job Functions :
- Provides tactical and operational support to all IT departments regarding TBM functions including, but not limited to, procurement process, project and operational financial management, budgeting, contract negotiation and vendor management, software asset management, 3rd party resource coordination and onboarding, contract coordination, and RFI / RFQ / RFP processing
- Prepares purchase requisitions, reviews invoices and initiates payments in accordance with TBM procurement and payables practices
- Processes onboarding requests and maintains accurate records within TMNAS systems
- Tracks and monitors software assets and maintains compliance with contractual terms
- Uses e-signature tools to execute signatures on contracts; stores documents and maintains records
- Participates in operational and governance meetings with respect to TBM functions
- Performs periodic maintenance and updates of TBM systems and tools, including extraction, evaluation, analysis and maintenance of TBM data and reports
