The GM must have a passion for service and people, work well under pressure, and be organized. At least one year of restaurant management in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
Salary $66,075 - $68,767 / yr
Responsibilities :
- Manage successful restaurant operations creating positive guest and team experiences
- Accountable for maintaining restaurant staffing and creating a low-turnover environment
- Passion for training, managing, and developing an outstanding team at all levels
- Maintain positive financial results through sales growth and cost management
- Financial management, reporting, communication, banking
- Crisis management and guest resolution
- Professional communication and dissemination of information to the team
- Oversee food safety, quality assurance, checklists, and temperature checks
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment
- Execute and enforce all company standards, policies, and procedures
- Full understanding and execution of government food safety requirements achieve high health inspection scores
