The Role
As a Service Advisor at TAC, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our technical team. You'll manage the entire customer experience from initial greeting to final invoice while driving our business forward through exceptional service and strategic sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow TAC processes and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Drive car count to ensure our technicians have optimal workflow (minimum 5 vehicles per technician daily)
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that generate positive reviews
- Drive sales through effective communication of needed services and repairs
- Manage repair orders to achieve target gross profit objectives
- Embody our TAC Core Values in every customer interaction
