Responsibilities:- Greet and build rapport with customers
- Perform thorough vehicle check-ins
- Execute our proven service process
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians
- Present comprehensive repair recommendations
- Convert inspections into approved repairs
- Maintain high CSI scores
- Follow up with customers
- Monitor quality control
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of automotive service advisor experience preferred but not required
- Proven sales record
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Experience with digital vehicle inspections (DVI) is a plus
- Proficient in shop management software
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
