Position Overview:
The Location Manager will be the cornerstone of our daily operations, responsible for leading our team, driving sales performance, and creating an outstanding customer experience. Compensation:$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of automotive technicians and service advisors to achieve performance goals
- Drive sales initiatives and develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective problem-solving
- Monitor financial performance, including gross profit margins and operational efficiency
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Build strong relationships with customers and the community to promote the shop's services
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management
- Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ASE certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
