Purpose & Scope
The SOL&D Preceptorship Program focuses on developing key capabilities in learning strategy, design, pharmaceutical training effectiveness, and sales operations. It involves leveraging software and creative design tools to enhance adult learning and gamification within Tolmar Training. The position applies insights from past experiences to improve training, operational processes, and technologies, aligning with the needs of next-generation commercial teams. Collaboration with cross-functional leaders across Tolmar is essential, while working within a highly productive and positive environment to implement best practices.
Project Parameters
- Work with Adobe Acrobat Reader and other design elements for updating the Eligard and Rubraca modules.
- Collaborate with Summer Intern to produce Eligard and Rubraca eLearning on key topics that AMRs need additional clinical training.
- Act in a Subject Matter Expert Role (SME) to assist with the learning.
- Summer and Fall POAs - Assist overall training operations for the URO/ONC and MH BUs in preparation of learning materials to include:
- Subject Matter Expertise
- Eligard, Rubraca and Jatenzo best practices
- Key Workshops
- Participation Guide Development
- Review/Edit of materials
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of training and presentation strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools
- Ability to quickly learn and process information
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Access.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a range of different personalities and organizational needs.
- Excellent written communication skills/editing/proofreading
Eligibility & Experience
- Candidate will need 2 years tenure with Tolmar
- Candidate must be in good standing with all administrative/compliance responsibilities.
- AMR must be in good standing with sales numbers, provide regional leadership examples, maintain expected call metrics, and provide a formal, updated resume
Timeline
- Start Date: May 1, 2025
- Completion: December 2025
Work Commitment
- 8 hours each month
- 2 trips to the Chicago Home Office (1 per quarter @ ~ 2-3 days each)
