Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team. As a CNC Milling/Turning Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machine centers and manual machinery to perform routine operations, ensuring quality requirements and production standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC milling/turning machine centers and/or manual machinery (mills, drills, lathes, saws, etc.)
- Perform plating operations consistently meeting quality requirements and production standards
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity
- Meet customer specifications and production standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent, with experience in machine shop class work desired
- At least 6 months to 1 year of related CNC milling/turning machine center and/or manual machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to operate saws and work in an annealing center
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and mechanical inspection
- Knowledge of shop math and ability to read a tape measure
- Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills
