- Starting Pay Range of $28.00 to $31.50 an hour - DOE
- $1.50/hour differential for 2nd shift

- Real, achievable advancement opportunities
- 1st shift – Monday-Friday either a 5x8s schedule or 4x9s and half day Fridays. Ideally with a start time around 7:30am
- 2nd shift – Monday-Thursday from 2pm – 12:30am
- At least 2 years of Technical College training in fluid power, robotics, electronics technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of related work experience as a Manufacturing/Production Technician or 1 year experience in actuator assembly
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional teams to support both manufacturing engineering and production needs
- Strong attention to detail, technical documentation and standard operation procedures
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a timely and effective manner
- Ability to provide effective equipment documentation
- Experience with general hand tools and precision measurement tools/gauges
