JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Assist customers and service personnel as needed.
- Communicate with guest and confirm appointments
- Prepare the appointment packets
- Call appointments that did not show and re-schedule them
- Cashier duties, when needed
- Supervise loaner fleet and make loaner contracts as needed
- Assist service manager and advisors with various tasks
- Train with service advisors to develop the skills needed to take care of guests
- Call extended warranties and make claims

SUPERVISION :
Your supervisor will be our Service Manager, James Latham, who has over 15 years of automotive experience.

Salary : $16 - $19
