Position Overview
As an Accounting Assistant, you'll be a key player in our financial operations, ensuring efficiency and precision across the board. This fast-paced role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for our amazing technicians.
- Generate detailed payroll reports for management.
- Collaborate with managers on technician-related financial issues.
- Review invoices and payment receipts with accuracy and care.
- Manage accounts receivable and oversee collections.
- Handle customer credits, refunds, and inquiries swiftly.
- Assist with internal reports to support key business decisions.
- Provide receptionist support when needed for smooth office operations.
What Were Looking For:

Experience/Education:
- Some college coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- At least 2 years of payroll/accounting experience, including accounts receivable.
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct or Service Titan software is a plus.
Compensation:
Dependent on Experience (DOE)
