Salary/Pay Range: Full Time, Hourly, in-office position
$18 per hour
Job Description
In This Role, You Will:
- Process new Carefree Maintenance Plan agreements
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed
- Engage new customers during sign-ups, maintenance visits, and renewals
- Make outbound calls to potential and current members
- Run reports to gauge productivity and track member metrics
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Manage difficult customer situations and needs
- Prioritize and plan workload efficiently
- Speak clearly and calmly in all situations
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Follow all policies and procedures
Our Ideal Candidate:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service-related experience
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret documents
- Thorough knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing software
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods, standing, and operating a computer
Position Schedule:
8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
