- Pre fabricated products taken to the actual site.
- Capable of articulating a strategic plan to superiors.
- Empathetic communicator that motivates and keep morale high and upbeat.
- Able to get support from his team to deliver results.
- Person should be interested on how his peers are doing and driven to match.
- Experienced managing a business would be a plus.
- This candidate needs to have come out of a Division 10 steel operation.
- Commercial construction background a plus...installer of steel products.
- Supervising sales reps, project managers, estimator, accountant and installation manager.
- Dealing with installation projects and schedules on different sites.
- Excellent company paid benefits and advancement.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
