We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician. What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn the HVAC installation trade
- Basic mechanical skills and hands-on experience (trade school or apprenticeship a plus!)
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying environmental conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- EPA Section 608 Certification (preferred but not required – we will help you obtain it!)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
What You’ll Do:
- Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Learn how to ensure all installations comply with local codes and manufacturer specifications
- Perform start-ups, testing, and troubleshooting of new installations under supervision
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting homeowners with system operation and maintenance guidance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following company safety protocols
- Complete necessary documentation and reports for each installation
