Experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential HVAC installation (minimum 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Experience ensuring installations comply with local codes and manufacturer specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
• Journeyman or Master HVAC License (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and various environmental conditions

What You’ll Do:

• Lead or assist in installing residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure all installations meet safety, code, and company quality standards
• Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
• Provide professional customer service, educating homeowners on system operation and maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following company safety protocols
• Accurately complete installation reports and documentation
