What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician (minimum 2 years)
- Expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to recommend effective solutions
- EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
- Journeyman or Master HVAC License (preferred but not required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working in various conditions, including tight spaces and different weather conditions
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure peak efficiency
- Identify system issues and provide detailed recommendations to homeowners
- Ensure all repairs comply with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Respond promptly to service calls and complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following company safety protocols
- Accurately complete service reports and documentation
