Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Residential Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing residential heating and cooling systems, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. This position requires working closely with customers and team members to ensure high-quality installations that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
· Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
· Ensure installations comply with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
· Perform start-ups, testing, and troubleshooting of new installations to ensure proper functionality.
· Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.
· Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with homeowners regarding system operation and maintenance.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following company and industry safety protocols.
· Complete required documentation and reports for each installation.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
· EPA Section 608 Certification (or ability to obtain).
· Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and mechanical functions.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the last five years.
· Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions, including attics and crawl spaces.
