Shifts available:
- 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays off? Mostly! Just 1 or 2 a month
- Competitive pay: $14.50/hour bonus based on performance (average bonus: $450-$800/month)
- Team vibe: You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive crew
Responsibilities:
- Dial it up! Handle 115 inbound and outbound calls per day
- Provide top notch service to our guests
- Engage customers and set up service appointments across our multiple locations
- Build up your knowledge of the Tom Wood Automotive Group’s diverse lineup.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or hospitality? Yes, please!
- Communication is key! You know how to connect with customers over the phone and through electronic communication
- Comfortable using computer systems, especially Microsoft apps
- Calm under pressure and always on the lookout to exceed expectations
- You love hitting your goals – and it shows!
