You will be the first impression for those entering our beautiful dealership setting the tone for the Tom Wood Porsche experience.

Responsibilities:
· Greeting the customers and assisting them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member.
· Answer phones transferring callers to appropriate personnel, taking messages and using the paging system.
· Performing general administrative duties, such as taking care of plants and straightening magazines, to maintain the lobby or reception area.
· Handling basic store needs as in refreshments and customer amenities.
Qualifications:
· Communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure, must have excellent customer service skills and be dependable
· Provides the best service and presents themselves in a professional manner at all times around our customers
· Has functional computer skills and is organized
