Duties and Responsibilities :
Implement training program per state requirements
Assist facility with various aspect of required trainings
Coordinate required orientation trainings
Conduct monthly trainings via in person or virtual meetings
Maintain facility training records
Qualifications and Skills
Must possess a current Texas RN / LVN License
Effective people management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
Must be able to travel / work remotely when required
