Overview
Our company is growing and we are seeking an ADDITIONAL experienced Senior Managing Broker. We have four offices in the Tampa Bay, Venice and North Port, Florida areas. We are ranked as one of the highest producing and fastest growing real estate organizations on the Gulf Coast.
This role is integral to ensuring the growth, development and success of our agents by providing expert guidance, training and operational support. An individual who can lead through fostering a continued and consistent culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation within our teams.
In addition this individual will be responsible for assisting agents in managing transactions, negotiating deals, and providing valuable insights into market trends and property values. This position requires a strong understanding of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance throughout the process.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Managing Broker (8-10 years) with proven track record of success in managing, mentoring, inspiring and retaining agents in reaching their full potential and business goals. This requires a proactive agent-centric approach with a commitment to driving professional excellence and growth.
- Licensed as Broker in the State of Florida.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations, regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - to effectively convey information to agents and their clients.
- Ability to teach agents to effectively negotiate and advocate for the clients' best interests.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes, technology and tools.

Pay: $88,153.00 - $101,587.00 per year
