Tomlinson Cannon is now hiring for a full-time Sales Associate.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers at their homes to develop solutions for their needs
- Conduct 4-6 daily sales assessments
- Assist with development of new business
- Conduct diligent follow ups and reengage with customers to close sales
- Actively participate in weekly sales meetings
- Collaborate with other sales associates and management to achieve growth targets
- Support operations team with drafting work orders from sold jobs
- Support communication with install crew and customer during project execution
Sales Associate Required Qualifications:
- 2 years sales experience in the home services field
- Valid drivers license with clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Reliable transportation
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong detail orientation and organization skills.
- Able to manage customer expectations, concerns and deliver excellent service
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and problem solve
- Computer literate
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments
Sales Associate Desired Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in Waterproofing or Concrete Leveling field or, installing these solutions
Competitive Benefits:
- Salary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year based on industry-specific sales experience
- Bonus Pay Opportunity of $15,000-$40,000 based on sales performance. Commission is uncapped.
