This is a key role coordinating and contributing to studio and location photo shoots, ensuring they are visually cohesive with the company’s omni-channel marketing and creative strategies. BE THE ISLAND GUIDE Supports, organizes, and collaborates with the Senior Stylist during the style-out process for location and studio photo shoots Manage and maintain the style-out document ensuring all featured product information including style number, description, colors as well as any color adjust, or sample correctness/retouch notes are accurate Organize sample clothing, accessories, and footwear for the style-out process Contribute to the seasonal style guidelines for men and women’s on-figure photography plus product laydowns Manage seasonal styling inventory for in-house photo studio and location photo shoots Drive styling for elevated on-figure product photography Participate in casting process with a focus on building a men’s and women’s model roster right for the brand Oversee model breakout process for on-figure product photography partnering with studio producer Partner with design team to successfully execute seasonal line-list photo shoots Actively contribute to monthly merchant handoff and creative concept review meetings; partnering with the Merchants and Art Director to develop styling solutions and storytelling ideas Associate stylist on set for location shoots performing styling and direction for video, stills and any environmental or special request photography Oversee second assistant on location, fittings, model sequence, styling setup and merchandise management in studio and on location Lead style-out and location styling if needed based on schedule/photoshoot needs Flexible for other duties as needed to help support the overall business. ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE Generally, 2 years’ experience in an art or design related field preferably as a stylist Experience styling both men’s and women’s products Passion for eCommerce, retail, and multi-channel brand expressions Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet key milestones and timelines A keen eye for fit and proven high level of taste PHYSICAL ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE Occasionally lift and or move up to approximately 30 lbs.
