What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car Wash Attendant position at Tommy's Express Car Wash?
Learn all aspects of Tommy's Express Car Wash operations! This is an entry-level opportunity for the right person who likes to work with their hands, excels at guest interaction, is eager to work in a high-tech facility, and is quality-driven. All of our Car Wash Attendants starting wage will be $17.50 per hour. We are immediately interviewing for a Full-Time Car Wash Attendants for our location on Abbott Rd.

- Excellent Guest Service - Create a welcoming experience by genuinely greeting all of our guests at the wash. Be knowledgeable about the variety of car wash services we offer, and authentically let the guest know we're happy they chose to wash with us.
- Work With Your Hands- Team members perform quality inspections and routine housekeeping in the wash tunnel, the vacuum bays, and on company grounds. This ensures optimal performance of our wash, and promotes a clean brand image!
- Job Rotation - Our team rotates through four different job functions every shift they work. Enjoy flexing between job functions indoors, as well as outdoors!
- Teamwork Focused Culture - Actively contributes to the team, and is committed to achieving the team's goals! Works well independently and with a team.
- Strong Work Ethic- Reliability to show up for work and be on time. Arrives in uniform and ready to serve our guests!
What you can except when working with us:
- Flexible Schedule- We are open 7 days a week, and schedule our team between the hours of 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM. No problem if there are days or time frames you are unavailable, as long as you meet our minimum requirements, we can accommodate lots of schedule requests. All team members must have open availability on either Saturdays or Sundays.
- Competitive Pay and Bonuses: Quarterly performance reviews at which time team members are eligible for a raise for excellent performance. Regular performance based Bonus Plans offered to team members.
