Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting every customer in a friendly manner.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales and member retention.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Handle cash with care, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and securely.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and fellow team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Come to work with a positive and upbeat attitude every day to ensure we maintain a positive culture.
- Report for all shifts in a professional and presentable manner while prepared to begin the day on time.
- Attract business by spinning the sign whenever necessary.
Skills
- Strong upselling abilities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Proficient in cash register operations with experience in cash handling.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is a plus.
