We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, managing shifts, and ensuring that all team members strive for excellence in customer service.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $20-$22.00/hour, with opportunities for aggressive raises and monthly bonuses. Additionally, we offer benefits for those who qualify, including Health/Vision/Dental Insurance and Paid Time Off.
Responsibilities
- Manage proper scheduling and Staff Training
- Shift Self Audits
- Process and procedure implementation and training, ensuring all team members are performing duties assigned
- Handling customer complaints and assisting in managing damage claims
- Assist with site marketing plans and follow-up with measurable details
Requirements
- Basic understanding and use in Excel, TEAMS, and other office applications using a computer, tablet, smart phone, software, and the internet
- Technical & Mechanical Capacity, ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
